Mohawks to Host Uni Mixed Outdoor Nationals
Some wicked news guys; For the first time in a long time, Mohawks will host an Outdoor National Tournament! After putting in a bid a few weeks ago, we have finally been awarded University Mixed Outdoor Nationals, which will take place up at Falmer sports complex on campus, on the 8th/9th May next year. So far the plan is for a 16 team tournament, but we may be able to up it to a 20 teams depending on pitch availability. It�s a tournament that features late in the calender, and has been hosted for the last few years up North, making it harder for some of the Southern teams to get involved. Working on our success from last year, in both woman's and mixed indoors divisions we are very excited to be hosting this tournament here at Sussex. Expect a big Party and some wicked mixed Ultimate. Big well done to all of the committee for this great news, and to all the freshers for a generally awesome start to the year. Its gonna be a good one.(Published Wed 21st October 23:38)
